After 20 years in operation, La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des plantes has developed a catalog aimed at gardeners and growers in northern climates who are looking for hardy, sometimes unusual varieties that have been tested in a climate similar to their own. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

LSDP specializes in creating selection protocols that focus on the organoleptic qualities of plants, their beauty, ethnobotany, living heritage and gastronomy. <\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


Thanks to its ongoing R&D, LSDP is often the first company to launch new varieties and cultivars dedicated to the Quebec gastronomic sector. Patrice Fortier has twice been a finalist in the Lauriers de la gastronomie qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise in the category Producer of the year<\/em>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its reputation as a rigorous selector and spearhead of research and development in the field of gastronomic diversity has placed the company in a specialist position for training courses, workshops and conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n
