On le r\u00e9colte \u00e0 l\u2019Action de Gr\u00e2ces dans la r\u00e9gion de Rimouski. Excellent en format \u00abmini\u00bb, en poquets de 4 u. aux 10 cm, ou \u00abplein format\u00bb plant\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 aux 10 cm. Il peut \u00eatre hibern\u00e9 pour une r\u00e9colte de poireaux de printemps, quand les poireaux se font plus rares (10-20 juin \u00e0 Rimouski). La partie a\u00e9rienne appara\u00eet d\u00e9truite au d\u00e9gel mais se reconstitue \u00e0 150 % dans les 5-6 semaines qui suivent.
