It can be sown as early as possible in the spring or in July\/August\/September.<\/span><\/p>\n

To grow young shoots: Sow at 0.6 cm depth, every 1 cm, in rows at least 5 cm apart, and cut the young leaves when they are 7 cm long... You can also give them more space to grow to maturity: Sow at 2-3 cm intervals in rows 30 cm apart, then thin out until you reach the desired height. <\/span>15 to 20 cm<\/span> on the row.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ruby Streaks mustard is a beautiful addition to your mixed salads. These purple mustard greens with their lacy edges create delightful contrasts with other greens through their design, hue and pungent flavor.<\/p>\n

We harvest them from the juvenile stage at around 21 days, to maturity at around 40 days. The color is most pronounced when the cool autumn weather arrives.<\/p>\n
