Elle est de petit\/moyen format (100-150 g), aplatie et agr\u00e9ablement c\u00f4tel\u00e9e, comme la Ceylon<\/a>. Elle est tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistante aux maladies et ne craque pas malgr\u00e9 sa peau tr\u00e8s fine. Sa saveur est douce et sucr\u00e9e et la chair est bien juteuse. Bonne crue dans les salades, les sandwiches, les salsas et, cuite, elle donne aussi un bon coulis.<\/span><\/p>\n
