Summer savory 'Ancienne d'Acadie' is a rarer variety of annual savory, indispensable for our savory herbs in the Bas-du-Fleuve. This variety is a more compact, concentrated, purplish version. It is usually sown directly in the garden, and thrives in even poor sandy soil. It traditionally accompanies beans in vegetable gardens.
