This is an excellent bean, either freshly shelled, at around 65 days of growth, or dry, at full maturity, at around 85 days. It cooks faster than most other varieties and retains its shape during cooking.
Haricot nain originaire du Maine, aux É.-U., très populaire dans toute la Nouvelle-Angleterre et dans les régions où les étés sont plus courts et frais.
