Turkish lemon balm is an aromatic annual plant in the mint family. It is pleasantly lemony and slightly aniseed-like, making it an excellent digestive herbal tea. A delight served iced in summer... It also flavors meat and fish. The long spikes of bright blue flowers are highly decorative. And bees love them! Annual. 30-45 cm high.
